BENEFITS
It provides monolithic waterproofing. It fully adheres to the applied surface. With the application method, rapid application is done in one coat. It has high crack bridging feature. It has more than 2000% breaking elongation. It is a water based product and environmentally friendly. Cures immediately after application. It is suitable for pedestrian traffic on the same day depending on the weather conditions. The application surface can be slightly moist, no surface primer is required.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used on horizontal and vertical surfaces, roofs, terraces, roof gutters, insulation against high pressure aggressive water, foundation and curtain concrete insulation, retaining walls, external insulation of water tanks, insulation of basements and tanks.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Surface Preparation
The application surface should be free of strong, dry, clean and loose parts. Spikes on the surface should be rounded with corners spiral stone and deep gaps should be closed with repair mortar. Internal corners, joints of the walls should be chamfered. The surface to be applied should be primed with solvent-free bitumen primer and application should be started after the primer is completely dry. (Primer application is optional.) Surfaces that will decrease the adherence of the material should be roughened.

Product Preparation
Before application, the bitumen liquid component spray machine should be circulated for 5 minutes. Drying salt solution should be mixed well.

Application
The application distance must be observed as the prepared components react immediately after the nozzle of the spray gun. Spray gun should be applied to the surface at a distance of 50 cm. It should be ensured that both components come into contact with each other. After the application, the desiccant salt solution flows from the surface in drops, this should be considered. The desired thickness can be obtained in one layer. Since the machine used, spray gun may differ, please get information from the machine supplier for detailed use.

CONSUMPTION
In order to achieve 3 mm dry film thickness, 4 kg / m2 should be applied.

STORAGE
Its shelf life is 12 months in an unopened and sun-free environment. Attention should be paid to the product circulation. Delivery should be ensured with the principle of “FIRST INTRODUCTION FIRST EXIT”.
